加州硅谷庫伯蒂諾（Cupertino）市議員、州眾議員候選人張昭富（Barry Chang）日前在丁丁電視《硅谷看世界》欄目接受了專訪。在談到作為第壹個站出來反對SCA5的民選官員時，張昭富說他運用了毛澤東“農村包圍城市”和蔣介石“抗戰到底”的策略。經過張昭富和他的支持者的不懈努力，使得庫伯蒂諾市在今年3月17日成為第壹個也是目前唯壹通過議案反對SCA5的城市。
